How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery fees are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your parcel and the shipping options you selected.

What are my shipping options?

Sheet Metals Online ships most products through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. FedEx is available as a shipping option for qualifying deliveries only.

Do you offer faster shipping options?

We will be glad to provide overnight shipping options for orders shipped to the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

On what days of the week do you ship?

Orders ship promptly every weekday, Monday through Friday. Orders made before 12 noon local time usually ship on the same day.

Can I have an exact ship date?

Our ability to provide precise shipment tracking information depends on your selection of courier and the time you placed your order. After placing your order, check with your courier for the most recent shipping information available.

Can I have an exact delivery date?

Once your order has left our warehouse, your chosen courier will do everything they can to get it to you as soon as possible. For updates on your latest shipping status, contact your courier directly.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes. Sheet Metals Online is happy to ship to any U.S. state.

Do you ship to Foreign Countries, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO boxes?

Yes. Sheet Metal Online will be glad to process and ship your order around the globe. Our products can be delivered anywhere in the world except where it is prohibited by law.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

Regretfully, postal regulations require delivery to a street address. Deliveries can be made to a business or residential address.

Returns & Replacements

Sheet Metals Online does everything possible to ensure high quality products are shipped to you properly. Rarely, due to unforeseen circumstances, customers may find that their items are damaged or have other quality issues. If this should happen, we are always here to help.

How do I return or refund an order?

Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final at Sheet Metals Online.

We do not process returns or refunds once the items are shipped. If your item is damaged and not suitable for your intended purpose, we can send you an identical replacement item. Once we verify that your original item was damaged, we will ship your replacement as soon as possible.

How much does it cost to return an item?

There is no cost to you associated with having an item replaced. Please do not ship damaged items back to Sheet Metals Online. Shipments will not be refunded and may delay your replacement. Instead, contact our team to let us know about the issue. We will advise you on next steps and get you started replacing your sheet metal products.

We cannot reimburse you for items being shipped back to us in error.

Do you offer returns, exchanges, or both?

In the event of an issue, we offer both replacements and exchanges. We will be glad to replace your damaged item with an identical item or with one of equal value. Note that you will still be responsible for shipping costs associated with your choice of courier.

What if my Sheet Metals Online order was damaged in transit?

Depending on your location and the shipping options you chose, your items may be covered by shipping insurance. If so, you might qualify for a partial or full reimbursement from your courier. Contact your courier directly for more information.

How can I place my order?

Most orders are placed online. For custom orders, call us at (925) 315-0885 so we can quickly process your custom order and make sure all special discounts are included.

How do I track an order?

You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order and a tracking number from your chosen courier. You can go online for the latest information directly from your courier any time. With most domestic shipments, you can also make changes to your scheduled delivery.

I think my credit card was charged twice. What should I do?

Call our office at (925) 315-0885, Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST. We will process the dispute and notify our payment processor. Note that it can take a few days for refunds to be applied once the charges are reversed. You will receive 100% of any funds charged by mistake.

Do you offer discounts?

Orders with three or more items will receive an automatic bulk discount. We also offer larger discounts for high quantity orders. If you are ordering more than 20 pieces, call us at (925) 315-0885 to get your custom quote.

What happens if the address that I provided was incorrect?

Contact us right away so we can correct the address for you.

Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

Yes, you will receive a notification from Sheet Metals Online and an email from your courier.

Do I have to be at home to receive my package?

You do not need to be at home to receive your order unless you’ve requested signature confirmation service from your courier.
