Delivery fees are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your parcel and the shipping options you selected.
Sheet Metals Online ships most products through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. FedEx is available as a shipping option for qualifying deliveries only.
We will be glad to provide overnight shipping options for orders shipped to the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
Orders ship promptly every weekday, Monday through Friday. Orders made before 12 noon local time usually ship on the same day.

Regretfully, postal regulations require delivery to a street address. Deliveries can be made to a business or residential address.
Sheet Metals Online does everything possible to ensure high quality products are shipped to you properly. Rarely, due to unforeseen circumstances, customers may find that their items are damaged or have other quality issues. If this should happen, we are always here to help.

Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final at Sheet Metals
Online.
We do not process returns or refunds once the items are
shipped. If your item is damaged and not suitable for your intended purpose,
we can send you an identical replacement item. Once we verify that your
original item was damaged, we will ship your replacement as soon as possible.
There is no cost to you associated with having an item replaced. Please do not
ship damaged items back to Sheet Metals Online. Shipments will not be refunded
and may delay your replacement. Instead, contact our team to let us know about
the issue. We will advise you on next steps and get you started replacing your
sheet metal products.
We cannot reimburse you for items being
shipped back to us in error.
In the event of an issue, we offer both replacements and exchanges. We will be glad to replace your damaged item with an identical item or with one of equal value. Note that you will still be responsible for shipping costs associated with your choice of courier.
Depending on your location and the shipping options you chose, your items may be covered by shipping insurance. If so, you might qualify for a partial or full reimbursement from your courier. Contact your courier directly for more information.

You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order and a tracking number from your chosen courier. You can go online for the latest information directly from your courier any time. With most domestic shipments, you can also make changes to your scheduled delivery.
Call our office at (925) 315-0885, Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST. We will process the dispute and notify our payment processor. Note that it can take a few days for refunds to be applied once the charges are reversed. You will receive 100% of any funds charged by mistake.
Orders with three or more items will receive an automatic bulk discount. We also offer larger discounts for high quantity orders. If you are ordering more than 20 pieces, call us at (925) 315-0885 to get your custom quote.
